Returns are applicable only to items eligible for return.

A return request must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the order.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and must be in saleable condition.

All original tags must be attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.

Returns must include original packing materials, invoice, courier receipt, and any related documents.

Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you and arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 business days.

After the product reaches us and passes our quality check, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Made-to-tailor items are not eligible for return or refund.

Altered articles are not eligible for return or refund.

Customized and sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
