Return Policy

  • Returns are applicable only to items eligible for return.

  • A return request must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and must be in saleable condition.

  • All original tags must be attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Returns must include original packing materials, invoice, courier receipt, and any related documents.

  • Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  • Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.

  • Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you and arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 business days.

  • After the product reaches us and passes our quality check, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Made-to-tailor items are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Altered articles are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Customized and sale items cannot be returned or refunded.


Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days through your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund amount.
