Customisation & Made-to-Tailor Policy
CUSTOMISATION POLICY:
Custom-made garments are specially designed and crafted as per the client’s individual measurements, preferences, and design ( colour, fabric, size etc) requests. Each piece is created exclusively for the customer.
- Order Confirmation: Once the order and design details are confirmed, no design or measurement changes can be made after 24 hours of order confirmation.
- Production Timeline: The estimated delivery time varies depending on design complexity and fabric availability, typically between 15–18 days. We will keep you updated on your order progress.
- Return, Exchange, and Refund: Since each piece is custom crafted, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for such orders. Alterations are provided for fitting issues or any discomforts.
- Cancellations: Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
In case of unavoidable cancellation (before production begins), a 45% deduction from the advance & all the applicable taxes will apply. - Payment Terms: The price of the garment remains unique, depending upon the design, Fabric, Surface embellishment, trims, fasteners, lining, and interlining used in production 100% payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
- Quality Control: Every garment undergoes a strict quality and measurement check before dispatch.
Slight variations in handwork/embroidery, colour tone, or finishing are considered part of the handmade process and not defects.
MADE-TO-TAILOR POLICY
Made-to-tailor garments are created based on predefined brand designs, adjusted to the customer’s specific measurements.
These are not new designs but tailored versions of existing styles.
- Order Confirmation: Customers provide their accurate body measurements or book an in-person fitting session.
- Production Timeline: The estimated delivery time varies depending on design complexity and fabric availability, typically between 8–10 days. We will keep you updated on your order progress.
- Alterations Policy: Free alteration is offered on or after delivery for fitting adjustments.
- Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy: As each piece is made according to customer measurements, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not applicable.
- Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled or altered.
- Payment Terms: The price of the garment remains the same as the original, only if the outfit/design is kept in its original form. 100% payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
- Quality Control: All garments go through a quality and finishing check before delivery.
