Eligibility

• Size or product defect exchanges only.
  
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and in saleable condition.
  
• All original tags must be attached and returned in their original condition.
  
• Products altered, customised, or made to tailor are not applicable for exchange.
  
• In case of exchange, shipping charges are applicable.
• Process: Customer emails request → team confirms → courier arranged or address shared.
• Timeline: Exchanges processed within 7–10 days after receiving the item.

However, if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on ready-to-ship items within 2 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unworn and unwashed.
  
• In its original condition with all tags intact.
  
• Returned in its original packaging.
